Located on the Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire border in 400 acres of farmland, Honesberie Shooting Ground is one of the UK’s leading shooting schools offering bespoke beginners days catered to individual needs. With their unique oak framed clubhouse, over 80 different clay traps and a fantastic array of professional shooting instructors to choose from, this really is the perfect place to progress/start your shooting journey. Our CGUK day at Honesberie is aimed at getting more women into shooting, teaching good habits, getting on top of gun safety but most importantly having a fantastic day smashing clays, enjoying our fabulous sport and meeting like-minded women.
Itinerary
09:30am Welcome breakfast including tea & coffee, bacon rolls and a short briefing
10:00am Split off into 4 groups of 4 with one APSI / CPSA qualified shooting instructor per group including Olympic skeet shooter, GB talent pathway coach Nicki Wakeford.
One hour of clay shooting in small groups
11:00am Refreshment break
11:30am One hour of clay shooting in small groups
12:30pm Two-course lunch in the clubhouse with refreshments
1:30pm One hour of clay shooting in small groups finishing with small competitions
2:30pm Tea and prize giving

Cartridges are included throughout this day at no extra cost.
Gun hire
Gun hire is included throughout this day at no extra cost
Transport
All areas can be walked to around the shoot so socially distanced rules can be followed throughout.
Hospitality
This day includes full hospitality. Greeted on arrival with tea, coffee and bacon rolls guns will arrive at 9:30 am. After breakfast guns will go off shooting where they will have a mid-morning refreshment break with cake and coffee. Lunch will include a two-course meal served in the Hornesberie oak framed clubhouse include a chicken, mushroom pie with vegetables followed by cheesecake and fresh fruit. Guns will be served tea, coffee and other refreshments at the end of the day with their prize giving.

Dress code
Smart/ casual, depending on the weather this can be decided in the group chat before the event.
