Join us for a special CGUK family day at North Fordon Farm, set in the breathtaking Yorkshire Wolds—the perfect landscape for exhilarating simulated game drives. This event is all about sharing the experience, so we invite CGUK members to bring along a mother, father, brother, sister, partner, or friend to enjoy the day together.
Just 20 miles from the renowned Water Priory estate, North Fordon Farm offers exceptional drives, rivaling some of the best in the country. Expect a thrilling day of shooting, fantastic hospitality, and plenty of laughter along the way.
After a full day in the field, we’ll round off the experience in style at The Old Star in Kilham, a charming country pub known for its dedicated shoot room, warm hospitality, and a hearty two-course meal. With great food, great company, and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect way to end the day—and for those who fancy it, the evening can continue long into the night!
For those looking to stay over, accommodation is a popular option on our shoots and can be arranged in the group chat before the event. Your host will help find the perfect Airbnb, making it a great opportunity to relax, get to know each other, and enjoy a meal together the night before. Local ladies are also welcome to join us for the evening meal if they fancy making a night of it! It’s the perfect way to experience a CGUK Sim Day—turning it into a full weekend of fun!
No plastic wads are permitted on any CGUK shoots. If you don’t have access to suitable cartridges, don’t worry—our team can provide them for you at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance if you need any.
Gun hire is available throughout the day for an additional cost.
4x4s are required for this shoot. Car sharing can be arranged in the group chat before the day.
Smart-casual, with weather considerations. Final decisions can be discussed in the group chat before the event.
Please note: A cap, ear protection, and eye protection MUST be worn at all times while on the peg during a Simulated Game Day.
Looking forward to a fantastic day in the field
