In 2000 Frans and Hubert Jurgens bought and moved to the estate, Today the estate is run by their daughter Vivienne supported by her parents and team. This is a truly family business.
In 2019 Kellas Estate have turned and transformed a part of the Estate on the higher grounds into a proper Simulated shoot set up. With 4 challenging drives (1x partridge, 1x grouse, 1x duck and 1x pheasant) it makes it challenging and closest to real driven shooting as possible.
Hosting a couple of simulated days a year makes this a real hidden gem and a very niche and unique simulated shoot.
9:30 am- Arrival at Kellas Trout Fishery, IV30 8TS, Kellas, Moray
9:45 am- Tea/coffee and bacon roll
10:15 am- Welcome by head gamekeeper Owen and drive up the hill to the shooting ground
10:45 am- Start first and second drive
11:30 am- Elevenses
12:00 pm- Start third and fourth drive
13:45- Finish shoot and drive back to fishery
14:00- 2 course lunch served at Kellas Trout Fishery
15:00- End of the day
No plastic wad on any of our CGUK shoots please.
If you do not have access to cartridges that isn’t a problem at all. Cartridges can be provided for you by our team, please make sure you let us know beforehand as this will be an additional cost.
Is available but please let us know on booking if this is required as it may be an additional charge.
Gun bus will be available on this day.
This day includes full hospitality with elevenses on the hill & a two-course lunch at the fishing bothy with drinks at the end of the day.
Smart/ casual depending on the weather this can be decided in the group chat before the event.
