The Plucked Pheasant is based in an exclusive shooting location in the beautiful county of Somerset with spectacular views of the Mendip hills. It provides some truly challenging shooting with their signature drive centred around an Iron age fort, giving the clays exceptional height. Hospitality at The Plucked Pheasant is a huge part of the day, they provide lavish breakfasts, posh ploughman lunches and gourmet barbeques in their stunning cabin that overlooks hundreds of acres of luscious scenery. Their beautiful hut setting the perfect scene to start and end an incredible simulated day in Somerset.
Pegs are split based on experience levels and shotgun gauges to optimise safety. Each drive is repeated twice so both partners have the opportunity to shoot and load, this maximises shooting and enhances everyone’s experience.
