Every time one of our members fills a CGUK loyalty card, we can’t help but celebrate! It means they’ve enjoyed six unforgettable days with us, from game days and sim days to tuition sessions and epic adventures. Each stamp tells a story of new friendships, skills gained and memories made. In this blog, one of our amazing members shares her journey through six incredible CGUK events and what keeps her coming back for more.

Toni Kinch’s story:

Barbury half day tuition 02/03
First ever CGUK event and it was amazing! Hosted by the lovely Kirsten who made me feel so welcome! The morning was so much fun and a learned a great deal!

Barbury introduction to simulated game 04/05
This event was so much fun, I was really unsure on if I was ready for a sim day and when this event came up I booked on straight away. I was so glad I did as it was so much fun and made me realise that I was absolutely ready for a sim day!

Westnab sim day 22/06
My first ever sim day- was my arm aching like hell on the way home, YES! Was it worth it, ABSOLUTELY! The day was hosted by Tania and she made it an incredible and unforgettable day, the energy and positivity she brings is the best and fills you wirh so much confidence. Literally had the most fun with the best bunch of people and I did not stop smiling all day.

Barbury bonanza 03/08
This was a tuition morning and a flush afternoon. And what a day it turned out to be, we were all on top shooting form and smashed it!

Le strange simulated game day 14/09
My second sim day and it was incredible! The weather was beautiful, the company was amazing and the shooting was epic! Such a beautiful estate! A group of us made a weekend out of it and had a lovely fire with marshmallows and snacks in the evening after the shoot.

Lochnell Estate game day 12/10
Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed this day. My first game day, I hit my first partridge and the support we all gave each other was amazing. The estate and castle were beautiful but the grounds where we shot were breathtaking and the keeper and his team were brilliant.

Since this I have enjoyed another game day at The Winscombe shoot which was so cool and have another 2 days booked, the Barbury Christmas flush and the Davenport game day.

I feel truly blessed to have been introduced to The Country Girls UK and I cannot recommend them enough. I have found my tribe and have met some truly amazing people who I now class as friends. If it wasn’t for the Country girls I would not have had the confidence to go on a game day or shoot as much as I do now but the support, encouragement and excitement shown by everyone involved is truly what makes them so special.
