Dovey Valley Tuition – Half Day

Join us for a half-day shooting tuition experience at Dovey Valley Shooting Ground, a stunning location set in its own wooded valley near the coast in Central Wales. With a large sporting layout featuring over 100 target variations, this venue caters to all abilities, from complete beginners to seasoned shooters.

The morning begins with bacon rolls and coffee in the clubhouse, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable day. You’ll then head out for a tailored shooting session with The Country Girls UK Ambassador and BASC Shotgun Coach, Wenonah Waite. Whether you’re new to shooting or looking to refine your skills, this session is designed to suit your level, with expert guidance and a fun, supportive atmosphere.

Lesson for beginners will include, a safety briefing, eye dominance, stance, Gun fit/hire, understanding of the gun & how a cartridge works, different methods on how to hit a clay, and a qualified coach to accompany the group.

At the end of the lesson, all clients should feel more confident in their shooting abilities.

All guns, cartridges, and safety equipment are provided, so all you need to bring is yourself!

Itinerary

• 09:30 AM – Arrival at The Clubhouse for bacon rolls & coffee
• 10:00 AM – Head out for shooting tuition with Wenonah Waite
• 12:00 PM – Optional pub lunch (not included in price, details will be discussed in the WhatsApp group)
