To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition as received:
Customers are responsible for covering the return postage to our HQ. Please ensure the original invoice is included inside the package.
Yes! If your item is not the right size or colour, you can exchange it for another item of equal retail value, subject to availability.
If your item is returned after the 21-day period but remains in resaleable condition, you will receive a CGUK gift voucher for the equivalent value, which can be used towards any purchase on our website.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 working days for processing. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the item has been inspected and approved.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@thecountrygirlsuk.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the fault and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
