Clothing FAQs – The Country Girls UK

1. How do I return a product?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition as received:

Unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels attached
In a resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for covering the return postage to our HQ. Please ensure the original invoice is included inside the package.

2. Can I exchange an item of clothing?

Yes! If your item is not the right size or colour, you can exchange it for another item of equal retail value, subject to availability.

3. What happens if I return an item after the 21-day return window?

If your item is returned after the 21-day period but remains in resaleable condition, you will receive a CGUK gift voucher for the equivalent value, which can be used towards any purchase on our website.

4. How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 working days for processing. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the item has been inspected and approved.

5. What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@thecountrygirlsuk.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the fault and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Do you offer free returns?

At this time, we do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. How do I know what size to order?

We recommend checking our Size Guide on the product page before purchasing. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist with sizing advice.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thecountrygirlsuk.com, and we will do our best to assist.

9. Do you ship internationally?
