General FAQs – The Country Girls UK

1. How can I get my business featured on the CGUK Marketplace?

We love supporting rural businesses! If you’d like to feature your business on the CGUK Marketplace, please email us at info@thecountrygirlsuk.com with a brief description of your business and why you’d like to be involved.

2. I’m a photographer—can I photograph one of your events?

Absolutely! We’re always looking to collaborate with talented photographers who can capture the spirit of our events while also promoting their own work. If you’re interested, get in touch with us at info@thecountrygirlsuk.com, and we’ll see how we can work together.

3. Why are CGUK events only for women? Isn’t that discriminatory?

Did you know that, as of today, only 6% of UK shotgun certificate holders are women? Out of 538,313 certificate holders, only 32,298 are female.

The Country Girls UK was founded to change that statistic by providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for women to build confidence in the field.

That being said, we do plan to introduce partner days, father-daughter days, and mixed events in the future. But for now, our focus remains on increasing female participation to at least 10%, and we won’t stop until we get there!

Gift Cards

4. Can I purchase a CGUK gift card?

Yes! Our CGUK Gift Cards make the perfect present for any Country Girl. They can be used on anything on our website, except for memberships.

5. Do CGUK gift cards expire?

No! Our gift cards have no expiry date, so you can use them whenever you’re ready—even if there aren’t any events currently available that you wish to book.

6. Can I transfer or refund my gift card?

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be refunded once purchased.

7. How can I stay updated on new CGUK events and offers?

The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media. Members also get exclusive access to announcements via our private Facebook group.

8. Do you offer sponsorship or brand partnerships?

Yes! We love working with brands that align with our values and community. If you’re interested in a partnership or sponsorship opportunity, please email us at info@thecountrygirlsuk.com with your proposal.
