Our simulations take place in the magnificent Hills, Glens, and beautiful grounds of Birkhill Castle Estate, situated in the historic county of Fife, Scotland. ‘Elliott Clays’ Simulated Clay Days combine all the thrills and excitement of a driven shoot with the exact same environment and, best of all, they are available all year round for a fraction of the cost. A typical day starts with a hearty breakfast followed by a safety briefing, and then it’s off in the 4×4’s to the first drive. Our mobile trailers can put up to 200 clay targets into the sky per minute so there is always plenty to aim at! We simulate drives for pheasant, grouse, duck, and partridge; and, at the end of the day, we’ll retire together for a delicious dinner or barbecue and share ‘a wee dram’ whilst re-living the highlights of the day’s shoot.
