Membership FAQs – The Country Girls UK

1. What’s included in the membership pack?

As a member, you will receive:

• A membership booklet
• An exclusive Country Girls UK Members Pin Badge
• A Loyalty Card to earn rewards for attending events

2. How does the Loyalty Card work?

For every Country Girls UK event over £150 that you attend, you’ll receive a stamp on your Loyalty Card. Once you collect six stamps, you’ll receive a £150 credit code, which can be used towards any CGUK event or merchandise.

Please note:

• You must be an active, paying member at the time of each event to receive stamps.
• Credit codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. I’ve already booked an event but now want to become a member—what happens?

No problem at all!

However, if you have already paid for an event as a non-member, we are unable to refund the price difference. Your membership discounts will apply to all future bookings once you become a member.

4. Can I cancel or get a refund for my membership?

• There are no refunds for previous months on any of our memberships.
• If you are on a monthly membership, you may cancel at any time, but this will invalidate all member perks.
• To cancel, simply go to the members’ portal under your account settings and select the cancellation option.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable.

5. How long does my membership last?

All memberships continue until cancelled.

• Membership payments are processed via direct debit and will be deducted on the same day each month or quarter, depending on your chosen payment plan.
• Example: If you sign up on January 5th for a quarterly membership, your next payments will be deducted on April 5th, July 5th, and October 5th.

6. What perks do I get as a member?

As a Country Girls UK member, you’ll gain access to:

7. Can I gift a membership to someone else?

Yes! We offer gift memberships. Simply purchase the membership in the recipient’s name, and they will receive their membership pack and exclusive perks.

8. Do members receive discounts on merchandise?

Yes! Members receive exclusive discounts on CGUK merchandise. You can find discount codes in your membership portal.

9. Can I pause my membership?

At this time, we do not offer the option to pause memberships. If you cancel, you will need to rejoin at the current rate when you’re ready to return.
