Wild & Game have shared some wonderful recipes with us to give your barbies a fresh new feel whilst still keeping it simple!
These Mixed Sausage Kebabs use Wild and Games sausages that are packed with venison and pheasant and are so so tasty, you’re going to want to make more of these!
Feeds 6-8
INGREDIENTS
2 Packs of Wild and Game Sausages
3 Peppers, cut into large dice
2 onions, cut into large dice
About 18 wooden skewers
FOR THE GLAZE
8 tbsp honey
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
4 tbsp BBQ sauce
3 cloves of garlic, minced
METHOD
Soak the skewers for about 10 minutes so they won’t burn in the oven.
Cut the sausages into chunks.
Thread the sausages, peppers and onions onto the skewers.
Combine the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and heat until smooth and runny.
Brush or spoon glaze all over the kebabs. Reserve some to add part way through cooking.
Grill or BBQ until cooked through – about 20-25 minutes, adding the reserved glaze part way through.
Serve immediately.
