Eat Wild, renowned for its passion for sustainable, wild food, and Black Chalk, an award-winning English wine producer, announce their collaboration to host a Spring Supper Club on Saturday 23rd March 2024. This unique event will celebrate locally harvested produce against the backdrop of the Test Valley in Hampshire.

As the first of an exciting series of seasonal events set to take place at Black Chalk, attendees of the WILD Spring Supper Club will be treated to a bespoke culinary experience. The evening will include a meticulously crafted menu (outlined below), showcasing locally sourced wild meats, expertly prepared by Eat Wild’s talented chefs.

Kentucky Fried Pheasant with Barbecued Corn on the Cob

Chocolate Rice Pudding with Burnt Orange and Poached Rhubarb


The WILD Spring Supper Club will take place at Black Chalk (SP11 7JX) in Hampshire on Saturday 23rd March 2024. There will be a first sitting from 5:00pm-7:00pm and a second sitting from 7:30pm-9:30pm. Adult ticket price is £65 (includes WILD Menu & a glass of Black Chalk Dancer in Pink 2022). Child Ticket price is £22.50 (includes a smaller portion of the WILD menu and a soft drink).
