About
Auchterhouse is an award-winning clay target shooting ground, offering a range of outdoor activities. The facility has become firmly established as one of the country’s premier shooting grounds, catering for all levels of clay shooter from beginner to international competitors. The day will consist of bacon rolls on arrival, 50-shot tuition, and soup and sandwiches at the Clay Doo café. The centre is located next to the village of Auchterhouse, to the Southwest of Dundee.
Itinerary
Meet at 9.30 am for bacon rolls and to split into small tuition groups.
10am Head out for 50 shots across different layouts including professional tuition.
12noon Meet back at the base for a soup and sandwich lunch.
Cartridges are included throughout this day at no extra cost.
If ladies wish to bring their own guns, cartridges will be provided for 12 and 20-bore but no other.
Gun hire is included throughout this day at no extra cost
If ladies wish to bring their own guns they can do so.
All areas can be walked around the shoot so socially distanced rules can be followed.
Smart/ casual but most importantly practical and comfortable, depending on the weather this can be decided in the group chat before the event.
