Bisley at Braidwood is Scotland’s largest clay pigeon shooting venue set in a beautiful estate in the Scottish Borders overlooking the eye-catching Eildon Hills. Situated just 45 miles south of Edinburgh, 71 miles north of Newcastle Upon Tyne and 57 miles from Carlisle, they are easily accessible but offer a rural escape from busy everyday lives.
They have the most versatile automated clay shooting layout in Scotland allowing guns to shoot an unlimited amount of sporting, skeet and sportrap clay targets.
No matter your shooting experience, Bisley’s professional instructors will make sure you get the most out of your clay pigeon shooting session and have a huge amount of fun too.
9:30am – Arrive on site. Tea, coffee & shortbread on arrival.
9:45am – Separate into groups and get fitted for gun hire by our professional instructors.
10am – Head out for first 25 shot instruction in groups of 4.
11:15/30am – Congregate back at the clubhouse for ½ hour break including tea and cakes.
12pm – Back out to the grounds for another 25-shot instructed lesson.
12:15/30pm – Lunch (pre-ordered)
1:30pm – Back out for 25 shot instruction and exciting 25 shot Competition.
Cartridges are included throughout this day at no extra cost.
Gun hire is included throughout this day at no extra cost
All areas can be walked to around the shoot so socially distanced rules can be followed throughout.
All food and drink mentioned within the itinerary is offered at no extra cost. For any dietary requirements, please specify on booking or email braidwood@bisleyshooting.co.uk. Lunch consists of homemade soup and sandwiches with a variety of fillings available as well as refreshments throughout the day.
