The Oxfordshire Shooting ground is based in the Cotswolds and is committed to providing a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, it caters for complete beginners to the more experience shot . The knowledgeable instructors will run through the saftey brief and then take the groups out for some expert tuition shooting. There is a lovely wooden shooting lodge where food and drinks will be served and all the ladies can regroup over refreshments.
9.00 – Breakfast of bacon rolls with tea/coffee
9.45 – In dept saftey briefing from the head instructor, then separating into four groups of four.
10.00 – Head out for first 25 cartridges with instructor
11.30 – Head back for refreshments in the clubhouse
12.00- Back out to grounds for another 25-cartridge instructed lesson
1.00 – Buffet lunch in the club house with everyone
2.00 – 50 bird sporting competition.
3.00 – End of day with prize giving
Cartridges are included throughout this day at no extra cost.
If ladies wish to bring their own guns, cartridges will be provided for 12 and 20-bore but no other.
Gun hire is included throughout this day at no extra cost
If ladies wish to bring their own guns they can do so.
All areas can be walked around the shoot so socially distanced rules can be followed.
Smart/ casual but most importantly practical and comfortable, depending on the weather this can be decided in the group chat before the event.
