We will provide you with all the safety equipment and PPE required including ear defense and eye protection, however, you are welcome to bring your own equipment, we strongly recommend wearing a hat as further head protection. At the Southdown Shooting School we will tailor the lesson to suit you, so whether you are a beginner, looking for a new hobby and want to develop your skills; or maybe you are an experienced shot interested in game shooting, our highly qualified and talented CPSA instructors can help. The Southdown Shooting School has the largest range and selection of targets available in the South East which includes all the disciplines, English Sporting, Compak, FITASC, ABT, DTL & Skeet our instructors will tailor your lesson to meet your specific needs. Our target practice and competition are renowned amongst Clay Shooters, so whether it’s a particular target you’re struggling with or want to improve your discipline technique, Southdown Shooting School is the place for you.
9am – Meet for Breakfast and meet the team
Meet your instructors and groups – where you will have a Full safety briefing, Determine your dominant eye and to match you to the right size/weight of the shotgun
Out to shoot 25 clays
Break with nibbles, tea and coffee
Back out for a further 25 clays
Finish with teas/coffees – debrief on the day and prize giving.
Cartridges are included throughout this day at no extra cost.
Gun hire is included throughout this day at no extra cost
All areas can be walked around the shoot.
Smart/ casual, depending on the weather this can be decided in the group chat before the event.
